Does God Really Exist?

Bapuji’s Spiritual Perspective on God, Creation, and the Universe

Introduction

One of the oldest and deepest questions in human history is: Does God really exist? Every human being, at some point in life, wonders whether there truly is a higher power governing existence. Some people believe firmly in God, while others reject the idea completely. Modern science, atheism, religion, and spirituality all attempt to answer this mystery in different ways.In this discourse, Bapuji explains the existence of God not through blind belief, but through observation of creation, cosmic order, consciousness, and the structure of the universe itself.

Different Levels of Divine Powers

Bapuji explains that there are divine powers operating at different levels of creation.

Just as:

  • A creator of one solar system can be considered the “God” of that solar system,

  • The creator or controller of a galaxy can be considered the “God” of that galaxy,

  • And there are billions of galaxies within existence.

Within one galaxy itself there are billions of solar systems. Ancient scriptures referred to these cosmic structures long before modern science began discovering them.

The scriptures speak of: Surya Narayan, Akash Ganga (Milky Way), Maha Shiv, Maha Vishnu, Maha Brahmand and countless universes.

According to Bapuji, these are not merely symbolic stories. They are descriptions of cosmic administration and multidimensional existence.

Why Religions Describe God Differently

Throughout history, different religions have described God in different forms.

Some say:

  • God created the universe in six days,

  • Some say seven days,

  • Some speak of Adam and Eve,

  • Some speak of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh,

  • Some worship a formless God,

  • Others worship divine forms and incarnations.

Bapuji explains that although the stories and characters differ, almost every religion ultimately accepts the existence of a supreme power behind creation.

The difference lies in: language, culture, symbolic interpretation and the spiritual understanding available at that time.

The Big Bang and Scientific Theory

Modern science proposes the Big Bang theory, suggesting that the universe emerged from a massive explosion. However, Bapuji asks an important question:

If everything is functioning systematically:

  • galaxies rotating,

  • planets orbiting,

  • gravity operating,

  • DNA functioning with precision,

  • life evolving with intelligent structure,

then who created the laws governing all of this?

Science may describe how things function, but it still struggles to explain:

  • the origin of consciousness,

  • the source of cosmic intelligence,

  • and why universal laws exist at all.

According to Bapuji, the existence of order itself points toward an organizing intelligence.

DNA and the Hidden Intelligence of Creation

Bapuji mentions that many scientists who deeply studied DNA eventually began believing in a higher intelligence.

The reason is simple:
DNA contains incredibly advanced inner engineering.

Every human being:

  • has a different DNA structure,

  • a unique face,

  • a unique body,

  • and a unique personality.

Such precise design appears highly systematic rather than accidental.

Bapuji says that creation itself silently points toward the existence of a Creator.

The Universe Operates Through Invisible Power

Bapuji explains that the universe operates through subtle invisible powers.

Gravity itself is invisible.
Yet it controls:

  • planets,

  • stars,

  • galaxies,

  • and solar systems.

Similarly, the Supreme Power remains unseen yet governs existence through divine laws and cosmic energies.

Just as:

  • the owner of a giant company does not personally perform every task,

  • but operates through workers, systems, and departments,

the Supreme Being also operates through:

  • divine energies,

  • cosmic laws,

  • and higher spiritual beings.

According to ancient scriptures:

  • Brahma governs creation,

  • Vishnu governs sustenance,

  • Shankar governs destruction.

Beyond them exist:

  • Maha Shiv,

  • Maha Vishnu,

  • Maha Brahma,

  • and higher cosmic hierarchies.

Why Atheists Reject God

Bapuji says that atheism arises mainly because people identify only with the physical body.

When a person does not even recognize: “I am a soul,” then naturally they cannot recognize the Supreme Soul. Many people believe:

  • consciousness ends at death,

  • existence finishes completely,

  • and there is nothing beyond material life.

But according to spiritual wisdom:

  • the soul is unborn, eternal and indestructible.

The body changes, but consciousness continues.

Different Categories of Souls

Bapuji explains that all souls are not of the same spiritual quality.

Some souls are:

  • highly evolved,

  • spiritually awakened,

  • and capable of understanding subtle truths.

Others remain deeply attached to:

  • material pleasures,

  • food,

  • sleep,

  • ego,

  • and illusion.

Such souls remain limited to animal-like consciousness: “Eat, sleep, and die.” According to Bapuji, higher spiritual truths can only be understood by souls prepared for deeper awareness.

Can God Be Proven?

One of the central questions asked in the discourse is: “Can God’s existence be proven?”

Bapuji answers that the Supreme Being does not need to prove Himself. The universe itself is the proof.

Nature, cosmic order, life, consciousness and existence itself are expressions of that hidden intelligence. Just as a painting indicates the existence of a painter, creation indicates the existence of a Creator. At the end of the discourse, an example is given: A child creates a painting on a board. When asked who made it, the child jokingly says: “It made itself automatically.”

The example highlights how illogical it is to assume that highly organized creation emerged entirely without intelligence.

The Path to Knowing the Supreme

According to Bapuji, the first step toward understanding God is self-realization.

A person must first ask: “Who am I?” Until one experiences oneself as a soul, understanding the Supreme Soul becomes impossible.

Bapuji says:

  • become soul-conscious,

  • remember the Supreme Soul,

  • purify your consciousness,

  • and progress toward truth.

Only then can higher spiritual realities be understood.

Conclusion

Bapuji concludes that:

  • God existed before creation, exists now and will always exist.

The Supreme Being does not appear before humanity to satisfy intellectual arguments or prove existence through physical demonstrations. Rather, the sincere seeker discovers the Divine through:

  • inner realization,

  • spiritual knowledge,

  • meditation,

  • consciousness,

  • and direct experience.

For those who seek truth deeply, creation itself becomes the greatest proof of the Creator.
