What Stays on Your Device
The following information is saved only on your phone and never sent anywhere: Reading progress (which book you're on, current page, percentage complete) Saved books and bookmarks Recent searches within the app Your selected app language (English, हिंदी, or ગુજરાતી) Font size and reading preferences Onboarding completion status This data lives in your phone's app-private storage. If you uninstall Paramshanti Books, this data is deleted with it. We have no way to access it.
Network Usage
Paramshanti Books is a 100% offline application. It does not require an internet connection to function. All books and content ship with the app and are read entirely offline. No data is sent to or received from any servers because we do not operate any server for this app. If you tap an external link inside the app (for example, our website paramshanti.org or our YouTube channel), your default browser opens that link — at which point the privacy policies of those external services apply, not ours.
Permissions
Paramshanti Books requests no special Android permissions. The app uses only the default storage access required to read books bundled with the app.
Children's Privacy
Paramshanti Books contains no advertisements, no tracking, no in-app purchases, and no user-generated content. The app is safe for users of all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
