Episode 163, The Power of Positive Transformation: A Guide to Inner Mastery (Part 2)
Will answer some important questions that help us in daily life. This is a deep spiritual discussion at the soul level. All those who believe in the soul and in divine knowledge should listen carefully, understand deeply, and follow this in their lives.
1. How to Stop Karma from Multiplying
First, I want to explain how we can stop our karma from multiplying and how to handle returning karmic accounts. Our past sanskaras (impressions) are recorded within us. Every moment, they create good or bad feelings in our mind. When old desires arise, we are given free will. The mind creates urges, and we must decide whether to follow them or not.
At that time, we have a choice:
Either repeat old habits-----Or create new, elevated actions
If we repeatedly do the same negative actions, they become new sanskaras. For example, if I keep gossiping or criticizing, it becomes recorded in my soul and returns again in the future. Old karma will come, but we still have the power to control it through awareness. We must create new actions that do not bind us. This is not only about physical actions. Even negative thoughts create karma. Anger, greed, ego, jealousy, and lust in the mind also become records. When we correct our thoughts and actions through knowledge and awareness, victory is certain. Our mind comes under control.
2. How to Attract What We Desire
Do not keep excessive worldly desires. This is a spiritual path, not a material path. Too much attachment to wealth, property, and luxury pulls us deeper into rebirth. Lord Krishna said that uncontrolled desires trap the soul in the cycle of birth and death. Basic needs are necessary, but unnecessary desires must be released. If a desire comes, do not make it permanent in your mind. Let it go quickly. Those who want many rebirths may chase material things. But those who want liberation should stay away from them.
3. Helping Someone Who Does Not Want to Change
You cannot change someone who is not ready. Time and karma will teach them. Become a witness and move forward. Do not waste your energy trying to force change. Even Lord Krishna told Arjuna that everyone must face death and destiny. If someone receives good knowledge and a good teacher, they may change. Otherwise, leave them to their karma.
4. Removing Misunderstandings in Relationships
Sit and talk honestly. Express what is in your heart. If karmic bonds are good, the relationship will improve. If not, separation will happen naturally. What belongs to you will stay. What does not belong to you will leave.
Trust karma completely. Do your duty and focus on your purpose.
5. Learning Self-Love and True Values
Love the soul, not just the body. The body is temporary. The soul is eternal. Physical beauty fades with time. Spiritual beauty remains forever. Care for the welfare of your soul and the world. That is true self-love.
6. Power of Service (Seva)
There are two types of service:
Physical Service: Helping the poor, feeding people, teaching knowledge, social service.
Spiritual Service: Sending positive thoughts, purifying the atmosphere, spreading peace.
Selfless service increases soul power. Do not serve for reward. Serve for world welfare.
7. Detachment from Physical Comfort
Comfort is necessary, but attachment is bondage. Learn to live happily in both comfort and discomfort.
Detach from possessions. Nothing belongs to us forever. This brings freedom.
8. Sending Param Shanti to Negative People
If someone is negative toward you: Remain peaceful. Send Param Shanti vibrations. Do not think badly of them. Understand karmic connections. Give time. They will understand.
9. Freedom from Fear and Illness
Do not give power to fear. Fear increases suffering. Everything happens according to karma. Good and bad times both pass. Trust God and the soul. Increase spiritual strength. Be fearless.
10. Reducing Expectations
Reduce all expectations. Do not desire heaven, fame, or status. Become knowledgeable. Knowledge ends dependence.
11. Listening to the Inner Voice
The soul’s voice is strong. The mind’s voice is unstable. To hear the soul:----Practice silence----Meditate---Stay in soul consciousness----Study knowledge
Gradually, divine guidance becomes clear.
12. Overcoming Problems
All problems are temporary. Face them with courage. Do not panic. Time heals everything. Stay confident.
13. Increasing Patience
Patience comes when the mind is calm. Desires make the mind restless. Reduce desires. Increase knowledge. Then patience grows naturally.
14. Personal Example
Earlier, I was very attached to luxury cars. I wanted expensive vehicles. But after gaining knowledge, I left all that. Desires disappeared. Peace came. You can also do this.
Final Teaching
As long as lust, anger, greed, ego, and attachment remain, true yoga is not possible. These five vices must be removed. Only then can Param Shanti be attained.
