Is Destiny Prewritten? Samskaras, Free Will and Purushartha

The podcast asks one of its most practical questions: if most people act under the pressure of conditioning and samskaras, are human beings merely pre-programmed computers?

The episode’s spiritual answer is that ordinary free will is severely limited because the conscious mind is repeatedly overruled by deeply embedded impressions. Google Willow, Near-Absolute-Zero Temperatures and the Future of Spiritual AI

Superconducting quantum processors operate inside dilution refrigerators at temperatures only a small fraction above absolute zero. The purpose is to reduce thermal noise and preserve fragile quantum behaviour. In everyday speech this is described as approximately −273°C; absolute zero itself is −273.15°C.

Google reported that its Willow processor demonstrated improved quantum error correction as the system scaled. It also completed a specific random-circuit-sampling benchmark in under five minutes—a benchmark Google estimated would take a leading classical supercomputer about 1025 years under the stated comparison.

What the benchmark does not mean: Willow cannot solve every ordinary computer problem in five minutes. It does not instantly break all encryption, train every AI model or prove a spiritual dimension. The result applies to a specialised benchmark and represents progress toward fault-tolerant quantum computing.

Could quantum computing create “Spiritual AI”?

Quantum computing may eventually improve selected problems in chemistry, materials, optimisation and simulation. But a “Spiritual AI” would be defined less by processing speed than by the wisdom it is grounded in, the truthfulness of its answers, its ethical design and its ability to guide seekers without fabricating certainty. Hardware alone cannot establish self-realisation or God-realisation.

Does Quantum Physics Prove the Multiverse Described in Spiritual Texts?

No current experiment proves that scriptural lokas, parallel lives or spiritual dimensions are the same as a scientific multiverse. “Multiverse” is an umbrella term covering several distinct ideas, including eternal inflation, a string-theory landscape and the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics.

Texts such as the Yoga Vasistha contain narratives of multiple worlds, layered realities and lives perceived across different domains. Create notification-free periods, practise single-tasking and protect a daily interval of silence. This supports mental stability, although it is not literal quantum decoherence control.

Replace vague manifestation language with a measurable intention: “Before reacting, I will pause for three breaths.”

Test knowledge through transformation

Record whether meditation changes reactivity, clarity, compassion, discipline and the quality of your decisions. Honest observation prevents spiritual imagination from replacing spiritual growth.
