2026, Science of Words and Vibrations of Chanting “Paramshanti”, “Behad ke Paramshanti” and “Behad ke Behad Kee Paramshanti”(परमशांति मंत्र की सूक्ष्म शक्ति का रहस्य)

Across many spiritual traditions, it is believed that words are not merely sounds but carriers of energy. When spoken or even thought with awareness, they create vibrations that influence the mind, the subtle body, and the surrounding environment. The teaching explored here explains how the repetition of the phrase Ultimate Peace can gradually transform one’s inner state and radiate harmony outward into the world.

Every word, when spoken with full awareness, creates a reflection that moves from our mind into the subtle body. And in the subtle body, it first spreads there.

For example, if you want to charge the subtle body in soul-consciousness with deep attention — even if you are not fully in soul awareness — but within the mind, if in a steady, one-pointed state you say “Param Shanti, Param Shanti”, then ParamShanti begins to spread within your aura. It remains in the aura.

Then gradually, when you repeat it many times — a thousand times, two thousand, five thousand — it keeps expanding. And slowly, slowly, if you say it one hundred thousand times, your home will become filled with ParamShanti. Then it will gradually keep spreading outward.

From Ultimate to Boundless Peace

However, there is a limitation. The word “ParamShanti” has a certain limit. By repeating it one lakh times, as it echoes within the mind, your aura fills with Paramshanti, the subtle body fills, and peace arises within your mind. All sorrow and pain gradually begin to reduce. Even great suffering slowly becomes calm, and peace increases within your home.

When you say “Behad ki Paramshanti” (Infinite Supreme Peace), the feeling in the mind changes. Infinite Supreme Peace should move into the infinite. Because the word behad (infinite) removes the boundary.

The vibration created by repeating “Paramshanti” one lakh times mostly remains within the home and takes time to spread beyond. But when you think or say “Behad ki Paramshanti”, even just thinking it in the mind — without speaking — again and again, then those vibrations begin to radiate from your home into your society, your city, and gradually spread everywhere. But it requires repeated inner repetition.

When you think or say “Behad ke Behad ki Paramshanti” (Supreme Peace of the Infinite beyond the Infinite), and especially when you think it mentally, it carries even more power. Thinking in the subtle mind has greater power than speaking physically.

By thinking: “Behad ke Be-had ki Param Shanti hai…Behad ke Be-had ki Maha Shanti hai…” the vibrations of peace attempt to reach the highest expanses and spread very rapidly — slowly reaching the whole world.

So there is a great difference between:

• Saying “Paramshanti” one lakh times,

• Saying “Behad ki Paramshanti” one lakh times,

• And thinking “Behad ke Behad ki Param Shanti” even once.

How Vibrations Spread

Repeated words gradually create energetic patterns. Each repetition reinforces the previous one, forming a stable vibration in the subtle body. Over time, these vibrations extend outward, influencing the emotional tone of one’s environment.Thus, words become a medium through which intention transforms inner experience and radiates outward.

Thinking in the mind carries a thousand times more power than speaking aloud. Thoughts create vibrations a thousand times stronger, and these vibrations of peace spread a thousand times more. Whether it is a mantra or a thought, the power of intention is stronger in the mind. So instead of only speaking, think it internally — it becomes much more effective.

If concentration does not come, then you may speak it aloud. By speaking continuously for half an hour or an hour, it gradually becomes subtle, vibrations form in the subtle level, and through repeated use of words, vibrations are created — and through these words, vibrations spread.
